The Winery Restaurant – Newport Beach, CA

Originally known as the Villa Restaurant, new ownership has transformed this distinctive space into The Winery, an upscale waterfront restaurant overlooking Newport Harbor’s Back Bay. An extensive retrofit to the existing 1950’s landmark includes strengthening of existing foundations with helical piers. Tasks included removal and replacement of the entire roof structure, a complete seismic retrofit of the entire building, and the addition of a new state-of-the-art kitchen.
