Located within the Moreno Valley corridor, the 780,000 square foot warehouse facility is designed for the commercial logistics of distribution and transportation. This new tilt-up warehouse has 60’ clear heights to the underside of the roof structure and has a conveyor bridge connecting it to the existing large, iconic distribution facility.
